A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the outside provider that supplies those results. Our servers do not retain a copy of that search. When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to include and use them to answer the message.

Routine hosting logs may include an IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps. We review aggregate patterns to diagnose errors and understand which resources are useful. Basic analytics and advertising measurement may also rely on cookies or similar tools where they apply.

Public records held by Arizona, Cochise County, or Sierra Vista are outside our control. Arizona Public Records Law, A.R.S. ยงยง 39-121 through 39-161, governs access to custodian records, while correction, sealing, or redaction requests must go to the office that holds them.
